It all started in 1829 with George Burton, the boy who grew up to bake biscuits. Roll on to the 1900s and the Burton’s family bakery was thriving, with many of our biscuits and snack foods already household favourites. Pioneering new technologies and manufacturing processes made sure we always stayed one step ahead, even winning accolades in international taste tests. In 1935 George’s grandson Joseph founded Burton’s Biscuits.
